Auto enrolment

You'll be automatically enrolled into Your Tomorrow, regardless of age, on the day you join the Group (unless your employment contract says otherwise).

If you're a new employee, the Group will write to you in your first month of employment to confirm that you have been automatically enrolled into Your Tomorrow (the Scheme).

UK employers must now enrol all eligible jobholders into a qualifying scheme.

If you choose to opt out while you’re still employed by the Group, under certain circumstances you may be automatically re-enrolled in the Scheme at a later date. Every 3 years, legislation requires the Group to re-enrol eligible jobholders into a pension scheme (including those who've opted out of a pension scheme more than 12 months prior to the re-enrolment date). The Group will write to you if you're being auto-enrolled to tell you this and to let you know your options.

How do I know if I'm an eligible jobholder?

You'll be automatically enrolled into the Scheme if you're:

employed by the Group;

ordinarily work in the UK

aged between 22 and State Pension age;

earning more than £10,000 a year including Group Performance Share award, overtime etc; and

not currently in one of the Group’s pension schemes, or have previously opted out.
